How we handle your inquiry.

This notice covers the PlasmaAudit website’s walkthrough request form and related sales inquiries. For questions, contact info@plasmaaudit.com.

Information collected

The form collects your name, company, work email, contact preference, main concern, timing, consent, and any optional phone, role, location, site-count, and notes you supply. The intake also records a request identifier, timestamps, and browser user-agent information. Our hosting provider processes technical connection information needed to serve and protect the website.

Purpose and access

PlasmaAudit uses inquiry information to review your request, prepare a conversation, contact you, and manage related sales follow-up. Form submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare-hosted database. They are not published on the website. PlasmaAudit personnel responsible for inquiries, and service providers operating the hosting or business-email systems, may process the information for those purposes.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information remains in the lead system for review and follow-up; the form does not automatically delete it after a fixed period. Contact info@plasmaaudit.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or stop sales follow-up.

What to leave out

Do not submit patient or donor information, passwords, access tokens, detailed incident records, or other confidential operational data. Use the initial conversation to agree on an appropriate way to share any sensitive materials.

Sales inquiries and urgent concerns

The form and sales inbox are not emergency-response services. Follow your facility’s established escalation and service procedures for immediate product, safety, or equipment concerns.
